Support Requests

The district has been using SchoolDude for years for Facilities requests and we are pleased to announce that we have added Technology support to the web-based application so that staff can request services from the Facilities or Technology departments from the same user friendly interface . You can access the system with the same login information used for Facilities and will find the IT component has a similar look and feel.  For those who have never placed a support request, directions to access and register with the system are attached to this message and are also located on the toolbar under the MaintenanceDirect  icon by clicking on directions.
