Mission Statement
The mission of Carmen Arace Intermediate School is to provide a safe, structured and loving environment that demands academic excellence, develops and maintains strong home –school partnerships, involves the community of Bloomfield in the education of their children and prepares all of our students, academically and socially, for life beyond 5th and 6th grade. We will reach this goal by relying on data driven decision making, research based practices and an on-going reflective process that ensures accountability and promotes continual growth.

Driven by an understanding of the enormous responsibility and honor that comes with educating Bloomfield’s children, Carmen Arace Intermediate School is dedicated to ensuring that all of our 5th and 6th grade students make no less than one year’s growth, both academically and socially, each and every school year.
