Office of Operations
The Office of Operations oversees the operations of the school district and includes the business, facilities, food services, human resources, and technology departments and is directed by Chief Operations Officer, William D. Guzman.

Business Department - Includes accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and benefits functions.
Facilities Department - Includes all building usage, maintenance and custodial services, Audio-Visual equipment, telephones, and bus transportation.
Food Services Department - Operates food service for students
Technology Department - Purchases, supports and maintain district networking, servers, staff and student computers, interactive whiteboards and classroom technologies including most software.
