Once at this site you’ll need to provide a username, password and select an authentication realm to gain entrance. Your username will be the same as your network login name and the password(s) you’ll need to provide will be different depending upon the authentication realm you’re logging into. The current realms available and their authentication methods are:
Basic: This realm uses your network password for authentication. It is primarily used by staff to access email, their “My Documents” folder and ESS.
Once you sign in as a regular (Basic) user you will have access to ESS and your My Documents.
When you are done sign out on the upper left of the Juniper window.
If you are using a district laptop you can also start the Windows Secure Application Manager and use your Outlook as you normally would.
Vendors and Advanced User Realms
Vendors: This realm uses an assigned 4 digit PIN combined with a 6 digit RSA token for authentication.
Advanced: The advanced realm uses a 4 digit personal PIN combined with a 6 digit RSA token for primary authentication and then uses your network password for secondary authentication. The first time an account is used in this realm a personal PIN will need to be setup (4 – 10 digits), enter you’re username and a RSA token and you’ll be prompted to setup this personal PIN; PINs can be cleared by the IT department but are not retrievable if they are forgotten.
