
Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Volleyball Team on their 3-2 win over Academy of International Studies yesterday. The girls will take on Windsor today at home and Academy of International Studies on Wednesday at home. Wednesday's game will also include Senior Night! Come out and Support the Warhawks!

Next week is Homecoming Spirit Week at BHS! We have a week full of fun events for everyone at BHS to participate in. Each day next week will have a theme, we encourage all of our students to dress up, followed by the Pep Rally and Homecoming Game on Friday and the Homecoming Dance on Saturday!


The BHS Athletic Department will be hosting NCAA Eligibility Center Night on November 13th at 6:00 p.m. in the BHS Auditorium. If you are the parent of a student-athlete that wants to compete at the next level, this is a must attend event.


Picture Day is tomorrow at BHS! All students will have their picture taken during their English class. In order to receive a Student ID, a student must have their picture taken.

This week we will celebrate the seniors of the Boys Soccer and Girls Volleyball Teams. Please come out and support our seniors! The Boys Soccer Team will take on Windsor at Home at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd and the Girls Volleyball Team will take on International Academy of Studies at Home at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23rd. Go Warhawks!

Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Football Team on their 46-19 victory over East Catholic on Friday Night! Touchdowns for the Warhawks were scored by: Marlon Britton (3), Zion Banton (1), Zakyi Kimber (1), and Romar Heron (1). The boys will take on Northwest Catholic this coming Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Northwest Catholic High School.

Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Soccer Team who tied New Britain last night, 1-1! The goal for the Warhawks was scored by Senior, Indya Norman!

Tonight at halftime the Girls and Boys Championship Track Teams will be receiving their rings for their 2024 Championship Season! Come out and support the Football Team as they take on East Catholic and cheer on the Track Teams. Games starts at 6:30 p.m.

Come out for Halloween Movie Night on October 25th at 7:00 p.m. and support the Class of 2025! Movie Night is $5 and cash will only be accepted. Food and drinks will be available for sale!


Don't forget Pajama Day is tomorrow at BHS to support Breast Cancer Awareness! All proceeds will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Students please bring $1 to be collected during your 1st period class.


PSAT/SAT Day is approaching fast! All BHS students will be testing on October 23, 2024. All students will take their regular bus to school on that day. Students will be dropped off following the late bus routes. Students will be released from school following testing. Most students will be released at 11:00 a.m. on this day. Students needing accommodations will be released at 12:00 or 2:00 p.m. All tests are computer based and students will need their school issued laptop to test. Please make sure your students device is charged and ready to go on test day.


Come out and support your BHS Warhawks as they take on the East Catholic Eagles this Friday, October 18th at 6:30 p.m. at home! This game has been chosen as CIAC's Game of the Week and will be streamed live on the NFHS Network and WELI Radio with a play-by-play from George "The Coach" Demaio. Picture Day at BHS is October 22, 2024. All students will have their picture taken during their English classes. A student must have their picture taken in order to receive an updated Student ID. Picture Retake Day will take place on December 3, 2024, should your child be absent from school on Picture Day.
