Registration for Summer School 2024 at BHS is now open. You must register your student through PowerSchool by June 1st by completing the Summer School registration forms. Congratulations to BHS Seniors Jalyn Santana and Chelsea Coleman who were honored this past Monday at the 20th Annual High School Arts Awards Banquet at the Aqua Turf as BHS' 2024 recipients. Students received plaques in recognition of their excellence in the arts and positive contributions to their schools.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024 the Bloomfield High School JROTC program underwent a comprehensive inspection from US Army Cadet Command. JROTC programs are designed to teach high school students the value of leadership, citizenship, and service to our country. The JROTC Program Assessment (JPA) inspection takes place every three years to assess the JROTC program in the areas of: teaching, learning, leadership, discipline, community service and citizenship. The BHS JROTC program scored 192 out of a possible 200 points earning the highly coveted Honor Unit with Distinction Award. This puts BHS JROTC in the top 10% of all 1800+ JROTC programs world-wide. Mr. Ivey the senior inspector from US Army Cadet Command stated “ BHS Cadets were well prepared and performed brilliantly. This was clearly one of the best inspections I have conducted all year”. Congratulations to Lieutenant Colonel Gregory Reuling and First Sergeant Robert Grant and all of their cadets on an amazing effort!


Day one of Bloomfield High School Senior Capstone Presentations was a success! After months of researching a chosen career, students presented their knowledge to staff and students. Congratulations, seniors! Stay tuned for day two tomorrow.
